Hello fellow bloggers and readers! Here's wishing you a very Happy #Lasagna Day! Lasagna is one of those dishes which is so versatile and open to fusion. This dish is extremely hearty and full of flavor. And it is so simple to make! Just assemble and bake! But sometimes, not all lasagna sheets are used and it is such a shame to see the leftover sheets rot away in the kitchen cabinets, completely unloved. But as always, #AlGourmet has the solution! Take your lasagna to the next level in 3 simple steps with #AlGourmet Butter Chicken ready-to-eat meal.
Break lasagna sheets into shards as shown in the picture above. In a pot of boiling, salted water, add the lasagna shards. Cook until 'al dente', which in Italian means 'to the tooth'.
Drain the lasagna.
In another pan, heat #AlGourmet Butter Chicken Ready-to-Eat meal. Add cooked pasta to it. Cook for 2 mins.
Serve hot with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. You could also add red chili flakes and mixed herbs as a final flourish!
